Once you’ve determined the needs of your organization, we will help you choose the apparel and accessories that will best suit your fund-drive. (We can also offer on-going fundraising by selling directly from our in-store location with no extra cost to you.)
We are offering a 20% kickback on all merchandise sales. Prices will be determined on merchandise per job/need.
Additionally, to make ordering easy, we will be able to provide your group with a website banner to be diplayed on your website so that patrons can order online directly from Bella Garden. That means no out-of-pocket cost to you!
Artwork Needs:
You need to provide the sharpest image of your company logo in digital form. Complexity of the design plays a role in the final cost of making the design and poor quality artwork makes that effort more complex.
Digitizing is a process in which we program the design to run on a embroidery machine. Sewing is nothing like printing, as every needle penetration and machine movement and function have a reason for being there.
Digitizing costs are a one-time fee of $40 (or more), and can be saved to a diskette for later use on future orders. We can discuss the one-time digitzing fee based on the complexity of your image. In some cases, this fee may be waived.
Turnaround Time for delivery:
Depending on quantity we can deliver in less than 2 weeks. This does not include digitizing the logo or design which normally takes 1 week or 5 business days. This is all based from the time your quote is accepted and signed by you, the artwork is furnished to us to digitize and from the time the items to be embroidered arrive at Bella Garden.
Returns:
Due to the custom nature of embroidery and heat transfers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a clear manufacturers or decoration defect. All requests for returns must be made upon completion of job.
We will need your name, job/invoice number, the items to be returned, and the reason for returning them. (If you are not local, we will promptly review your request and issue you a Return Authorization Number if warranted. A prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you.)
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Orders returned COD will be rejected. We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed your return. Credits are not processed until the merchandise has been returned and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card. In the event you paid by check, we will issue you a check for your refund.
Once you have received your prepaid shipping label, mark your Return Authorization Number clearly on the box and ship the package to the address on the label.
